• This is Supply Chain related role. Warehouse focused
• Support the supervisor
• Monitoring of carriers. Traffic coordinator
• Organization skills - inbounds/outbounds activities. Ensuring the shipments and transportation is satisfied.
• Responsible to provide high visibility and escalate the issues
• Maintain records of inbounds and outbounds shipments
• Maintaining communication with carriers, brokers, and others.
• Provide inputs
• SAP and WM - knowledge is a huge plus. This will be a success for the candidate.
• Works with donation team
• Shifts: 7-3, 3-11, 11-7. Will be responsible to support on the weekends (1-2 weekends) on the rotation basis. It's not only Monday- Friday job.
• able to push heavy pallets and help others.
• Monitoring all the pallets in the production.
• Expected to interact with the fork lifters
• Responsible for oversite of X number of inventories per day

Education: High school degree at minimum

Exp level: 3-5 years
o Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity
o Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines
o Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
o Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management
o Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities
o Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.
o Communicate effectively with carriers, brokers, and internal depts regarding shipments.
o Follow up on driver appointments
o Schedule carrier appointments
o Build outbound loads
o Receive inbound packaging shipments that arrive on shift.
o Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies
o Transfer product between bakery and offsite warehouses
o Keep accurate records of what is on trailers stored in the yard.
o Handle donation, take home, and animal feed shipments.
o Work with inventory clerks to ensure all expired packaging is disposed of according to protocol.
o Handle inbound packaging shipments, ensure they are received correctly systematically, follow up on errors and provide resolutions.
o Provide support to warehouse operators on shift.
o Ensure trucks are departing in a timely manner, if not communicate with appropriate parties.
o Operate telehandler on shipping side for loading/ unloading. Or as requested from other depts.
o Any additional clerical duties for shipping offices
o Experience with MS office applications, especially highly experienced with excel
o Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset
o Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3
