Director of Broadcast Engineering
Must have :
- Configured network switch, fixed camera, etc.
- Tricaster (could look past this potentially)
- Looking for someone who comes from broadcast engineer, worked in prod, been in the weeds. Now ready to manage people. Currently working as a supervisor or lead at local station
- Team size : 3-4 broadcast engineers
- Doing a lot of special events, adding shows, its growing a lot. Directing staff and preparing the staff, while maintaining reg program schedule
- Day to day : manage team, take care of projects and then the special events
