General Laborer - Stair Rail Department:

Signature Company is a Custom Cabinetry, Stairway, and Railing Manufacturing company located in Chambersburg, PA. Our company has over 30 years in the construction industry, we are the preferred manufacturer in the Mid-Atlantic region for home builders of the Residential Construction market. We are known in our community for the way it respects and values its employee partners.

Schedule: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday-Thursday), 6:00 am to 10:00 am (Friday). *Please note the shift end can vary based on daily and weekly production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Cut handrails, plates, newels, and balusters
• Build preassembled railings on a machine and manually on a build table
• Package rail for loading/delivery
• Pull loose rail parts
• Package materials for loading/delivery.
• Clean assigned work area throughout the workday
• Work in other areas/depts as needed.
• Able to perform tasks assigned daily, based on work volume.
• Manual labor relevant to the specific department, such as lifting up to 40 lbs

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
