Signature Bridal Salon is a welcoming, upscale bridal boutique located in Bee Cave, Texas, directly across from the Hill Country Galleria. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional, personalized experience for every bride and her guests. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Summary
As the first point of contact for our salon, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet brides, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm bridal appointments.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Check clients in and assist with appointment flow.
- Support bridal consultants with administrative tasks as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist with light retail sales and customer service.
- Help ensure each guest receives an exceptional salon experience.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays is preferred but not required for part time position but is required in order to receive 40 hours as we are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
