Job Overview
We are seeking an up-and-coming Construction Manager with approximately 4–5 years of residential construction experience who is ready to step into a high-ownership leadership role within a fast-growing luxury homebuilding company. This role is ideal for someone who:

You will oversee multiple luxury residential projects across the full construction lifecycle while helping establish the operational standards, systems, and execution discipline that will support Signature Bay Homes’ long-term growth. This role combines project management, vendor and schedule leadership, operational coordination, and active field involvement.

For the next 12 months, this role will be approximately 2/3 focused on construction/project management and 1/3 actively supporting field operations and site execution. This is not a “sit behind a desk” role. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable walking jobsites, solving field issues, coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, and representing the company professionally with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Project Leadership

• Own the construction pipeline across multiple luxury residential projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, timelines, and build quality from site work through completion
• Maintain accountability for project organization, execution, and operational follow-through
• Proactively identify and solve construction issues before they impact timelines, budgets, or client experience
• Partner closely with leadership and Client Experience to align design intent with construction execution

Vendor & Trade Management

• Manage subcontractor relationships, scheduling, and overall field coordination
• Ensure trades execute according to Signature Bay Homes’ standards, plans, and specifications
• Support procurement coordination and material sequencing
• Maintain strong vendor relationships while holding high expectations for professionalism, cleanliness, quality, and responsiveness
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and trade coordination processes

Field Operations & Quality Control
(Approximately 30% of role during initial growth phase)

• Oversee daily jobsite operations and scheduling
• Coordinate inspections, trade sequencing, deliveries, and field logistics
• Conduct routine quality control walks to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Track progress against schedules and budgets
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites reflective of a luxury brand experience
• Assist in punch list management, closeout, and warranty follow-up

Communication & Leadership

• Provide clear and consistent project updates internally and for client-facing summaries
• Communicate professionally with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and trade partners
• Help establish operational structure and standards as the company scales
• Bring a calm, solutions-oriented mindset to fast-moving construction environments
• Demonstrate leadership presence, accountability, and strong follow-through

Qualifications

Required

• 4–5 years of residential construction experience, preferably with custom or higher-end homes
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and project execution
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and field operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
• Ability to balance attention to detail with urgency and forward momentum
• Comfortable working both in the field and in project management responsibilities

Preferred

• Experience in luxury residential construction
• Familiarity with Florida residential permitting, inspections, and building practices
• Experience using project management software such as Buildertrend or similar platforms
• Exposure to budgeting, procurement, and construction financial tracking
• Emerging leadership experience with desire to grow into senior operational leadership roles

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
