Summary/Objective
Responsible for developing and maintaining new business relationships.

Business Development:
1. Responsible for managing and/or coordinating the sales and financial analysis process for loan relationships.
2. Sales process: focus on profitable opportunities, maintain an extensive network of contacts, build relationships with key influencers to drive profitable business, understand the bank’s products and services, track sales performance and manage pipeline by identifying blue-chip opportunities and successfully bring the relationships to the Bank.
3. Provide administrative support to senior lender.
Portfolio Management:
1. Analysis process: gather facts, ideas and opinions needed for analyzing situations, solving problems and making decisions; ask questions to improve understanding; understand and be competent in financial statement analysis. Responsible for managing internal and external client relationships; maintains a portfolio of client accounts with a minimum level of exceptions (financial statement and documentation) and past due loan payments; proactively manages any loan watch list account; performs service charge reviews on deposit accounts at least annually and follows up appropriately.
