Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heat press machines to produce high-quality custom Clothing. Your expertise in machine operation, color management, and graphic design will ensure that each product meets our rigorous standards of quality and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Adjust heat, time, and pressure controls based on fabric and transfer types.
Material Placement: Align logos, text, or digital transfers carefully onto garments.
Quality Check: Inspect finished items to make sure the design sticks well and looks clean.
Maintenance: Keep the work area tidy and perform basic care on the press machine.
Qualifications and Skills:
Attention to Detail: Read work orders closely to put the right design in the right spot.
Physical Stamina: Stand for long shifts and lift boxes or materials up to 40 pounds.
Basic Math: Count inventory and verify measurements or placement guides.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy . Craft visually compelling clothing that makes an impact! We are committed to fostering a supportive environment that values innovation, precision, and teamwork.
Prior work in a production shop, screen printing, or team wear setting is a big plus
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
