At Signarama, the world's leading sign franchise, we are looking for a dedicated Production and Install Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role involves producing and installing high-quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
• Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites and perform installations.
• Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, hand tools, large format and flatbed printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns while representing our brand both in-store and on-site.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sign installation or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable with computers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiently use measurement tools
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
