Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the signage and branding industry. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple installation and production projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage signage and branding projects from planning to installation
Coordinate with clients, installers, designers, and production teams
Create and track project timelines, budgets, and materials
Ensure quality control across all stages of production and installation
Handle site logistics, scheduling, and travel coordination when required
Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients
Requirements
Proven experience in signage, large-format graphics, or branding industry
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with fast-paced, on-site, and travel-based work
English speaking (required)
