Production - Sign maker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sign Maker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. We will provide training. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with hand and power tools as well as large format printers and cutters. Dexterity is important

Responsibilities:

- Fabricate signs according to customer specifications and design requirements
- Operate machinery and equipment such as router, printers, flat bed printers, laminators, and various hand tools
- Inspect and quality check finished signs to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other team members to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient and safe working conditions
- Troubleshoot issues with signs and propose solutions to improve production processes

Skills:

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment such as listed above
- Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow design specifications
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Valid drivers license is a requirement. Ability to work in all weather conditions - both heat and cold. The job is performed both inside and outdoors. The job requires ability to work from ladders up to 20 feet. The job requires the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
