Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across customer service, design, production, and installation.
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and production capacity.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, accurately, and profitably.
- Monitor quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, labor utilization, and operating expenses.
- Track key performance indicators and company profitability.
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
- Assist ownership with planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Required
- Minimum 5 years of sign industry experience (required).
- Previous sign company management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of custom signage, vehicle graphics, ADA signage, wall graphics, illuminated signage, production, and installation processes.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Financial and operational management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, departments, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with sign industry software, estimating systems, and project management platforms.
- Experience managing production schedules and installation teams.
- Knowledge of permitting, fabrication, and sign manufacturing processes.
