- Oversee daily operations, including sales, production, and customer service
- Lead and motivate sales and production teams
- Ensure sales targets are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Solve challenges on complex signage projects
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow the business
- Several years of experience in the signage industry (required)
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing people and teams

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
