About The Role
The Inventory Control Specialist supports inventory control and warehousing functions for Signant Health owned and customer equipment. In this role, you will ensure all equipment is stored in a safe and secure environment while maintaining accurate accounting of all assets. This is a hands-on operational role with direct impact on the quality and efficiency of our global clinical trial delivery. This is an onsite role at our Horsham, PA Logistics Center.

About The Role
The Inventory Control Specialist supports inventory control and warehousing functions for Signant Health owned and customer equipment. What You Will Do
- Manage inventory activities including stock audits, accurate reporting, and physical stock movements
- Process returned devices to ensure software infrastructure is removed accurately and completely
- Maintain robust stock control procedures in alignment with operational and compliance standards
- Perform visual checks on goods received to verify condition and accuracy
- Maintain productive relations with vendors as directed by leadership
- Oversee stock ordering and management of Configuration Centre consumables
- Promote a culture of continual improvement within the inventory control operation
- Support additional responsibilities as required to meet operational needs
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, including stock audits and physical stock movements
- Ability to process returned devices and accurately remove software infrastructure
- Strong adherence to site Health & Safety requirements
- Accurate data entry skills and solid computer proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical, clinical research, or regulated life sciences environment
