Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of serving experience in a casual fine dining or upscale dining environment (required).
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
- Ability to confidently guide guests through menus and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
