- Site Inspections: Conduct random, unannounced site visits to ensure guards are on time, in proper uniform, and strictly adhering to post orders
- Shift Coverage: Step in and cover shifts at a moment's notice in the event of call-offs or emergencies
- Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns quickly and professionally
- Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and write detailed, accurate reports for management
- Open Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, averaging 40–50 hours per week
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
