We're currently hiring a Entry Level Representative to work directly with customers, educate eligible individuals about affordable wireless service options, and assist with new service enrollments. Our customers are our top priority, so we invest in our team to ensure every interaction is professional, informative, and helpful.
As an Entry Level Representative, you'll work directly with customers to explain available wireless services, determine eligibility, assist with enrollments and account setup, and provide outstanding customer support throughout the enrollment process. Managers and team leaders are available to provide guidance, coaching, and support as you develop your skills.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Representative:
- Interact directly with customers regarding affordable wireless service options and enrollments
- Assist eligible customers with account setup, enrollment, and customer support
- Build positive customer relationships while educating customers about available services
- Complete enrollment documentation accurately and efficiently
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Resolve customer questions while delivering excellent customer service
- Follow company training and enrollment procedures to maintain quality and compliance
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Skills and Qualifications of an Entry Level Representative:
- Navigate customer conversations and promote products through sales strategies.
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to correspond with coworkers and customers on a day to day basis.
- Communication skills are required to build rapport with customers.
- Time management skills to contribute to an efficient work environment.
- Self motivation through situations associated with customers and customer service inquiries.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
