Signal & Strand is partnering with a leading global consumer company to appoint a Senior Manager of Global Product Marketing. This role plays a critical part in shaping how products are brought to market globally, translating portfolio-level strategy into clear positioning, effective go-to-market plans, and high-impact launches.
Working at the intersection of Product, Brand, and Revenue, this individual will help ensure product stories are differentiated, consistent, and commercially effective across global and regional markets.
The Mandate
- Drive execution of global product marketing strategy across key product lines
- Translate product and consumer insights into compelling positioning and messaging
- Support disciplined, ROI-driven product launches
- Enable strong regional execution through clear frameworks and collaboration
- Contribute to building scalable product marketing processes and best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product introductions and major line extensions
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in consumer and competitive insights
- Partner with Product Management, Brand & Creative, and Growth teams to bring cohesive launch plans to life
- Support development and execution of global product narratives and messaging architecture
- Contribute to product launch planning, ensuring alignment with investment priorities and business goals
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local market effectiveness
- Track and analyze product launch performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Support development of KPIs and reporting frameworks tied to launch success
- Help refine processes that improve consistency, clarity, and speed of execution across launches
Ideal Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within consumer technology or electronics
- Proven experience leading go-to-market execution for product launches
- Strong foundation in product positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Brand, and Commercial teams
- Familiarity with eCommerce and digital retail environments, including Amazon
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in a global or multi-region environment is a plus
Location & Work Model
- El Segundo, CA
- Hybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration and cross-regional coordination
Compensation
- $150,000 to $175,000 base salary bonus
- Final package aligned with experience and scope
