Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous CCTV surveillance to monitor premises and identify suspicious activity.
• Manage access control by authorizing entry and exit for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing skills in conflict management and first aid procedures such as CPR and AED operation.
• Execute manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for security purposes or equipment management.
• Use law enforcement techniques and security protocols to prevent theft and reduce loss.
• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure accurate documentation.
• Abide my contractual responsibility with eagerness, integrity, and endurance.
• Provide customer service to every citizen with effective communication, active listening, and possible solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Security license or TWIC.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, or Taser use is preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when required.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail in loss prevention efforts.

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
