Position Overview
The Physical Security Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of our security teams, ensuring that all client sites, patrols, and security personnel operate efficiently and in alignment with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate resources in real time while maintaining clear communication with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily security operations, officer scheduling, and post assignments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shift supervisors and security officers regarding shift coverage, client needs, and operational updates.
- Monitor field activity, patrol reports, and incident logs to ensure service quality and compliance with company and client requirements.
- Manage officer attendance, timekeeping, and staffing levels to maintain adequate coverage across account.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new officers.
- Conduct periodic site inspections and performance evaluations to ensure adherence to post orders and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or client requests, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily operations, incidents, and personnel actions.
- Communicate operational issues, trends, and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
- Assist with equipment distribution, key control, and vehicle assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or security operations management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and security reporting software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a state security officer license.
- Certified by Louisiana State Board of Private Security.

Schedule:
- Full-time position
