Duties

• Dependent on the site you are working, you may need to monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity and identify potential security threats.
• Conduct regular vehicle or foot patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Respond ly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate action including contacting emergency services when necessary.
• Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when appropriate.
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives.
• Document all incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future review and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Valid certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are preferred; ongoing training is encouraged.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and security protocols is essential.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential risks quickly and effectively.
