Overview:We are currently seeking a reliable and observant Security Officer to join Signal of New England. This role primarily involves outdoor, exterior foot patrol duties, including monitoring parking lot activity, deterring unauthorized building entry during off-hours, and overseeing contractor access to the property. Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine foot patrols around the interior/exterior of the propertyMaintain visibility in the building and parking lot to deter suspicious or unwanted activityEnsure no unauthorized individuals enter the building during off-hoursMonitor and log the entry/exit of contractors during active work periodsProvide accurate, timely incident reports and updates as neededMaintain communication with supervisors and other personnel as required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of security experience, especially in access control and residential securityStrong situational awareness and attention to detailAbility to remain on foot for extended periods and conduct frequent patrolsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to intake information quickly and report incidents clearly and conciselyBenefits :Career advancement opportunities through Signals career progression ladder.Opportunities for additional hours, overtime and premium pay rates.Health Insurance and other supplemental insurances.
