Security Officer

```Duties:```
- Provide a visible security presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and alarms
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Conduct inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Possession of a valid security certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Familiarity with militarized security protocols is a plus
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques is beneficial
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

- Ability to read fine print, write site reports for client review and retention, basic computer and security app skills or ability, capable of walking and standing long distances and periods of time.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
