No agencies, must be Richmond VA based.
We are looking for a freelance video editor to join our growing team! We need someone who can turn around edited full podcast episodes quickly and create high quality social media clips from those episodes. This person should have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of pacing, and the ability to deliver consistent work on tight timelines. Not just someone ripping Opus, Descript or Riverside AI clips.
What you will do
• Edit full podcast episodes in DaVinci Resolve or Premier
• Clean audio and insert client our provided intros and outros
• Cut high quality social media clips from long form content
• Deliver fast and consistent edits with a strong eye for detail
• Work from clear briefs and brand guidelines
• Collaborate on creative ideas that improve pacing and overall quality
Requirements
• Strong video editing skills
• Ability to cut clean and engaging short form social clips. Not just Opus/Riverside/Descript
• Keen attention to detail in both audio and video
• Fast turnaround and consistent delivery
• Experience with podcast editing or long form video
• Located within a commutable distance to Richmond Virginia
This is freelance and paid per project.
