We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor-Lead Installer to oversee and coordinate signage construction projects on-site. The Site Supervisor-Lead Installer will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within specifications.
Duties
- Lead and supervise installation teams on signage install and construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols
- Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate installation
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools for scheduling and project tracking
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards by conducting regular safety meetings and inspections
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
- Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, change orders, and site reports
- Oversee budgeting aspects related to labor and materials in coordination with project management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in signage installation and construction with a strong background in supervising installation projects
- Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating
- Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, OSHAsafety regulations, and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and contract management
- Ability to read technical schematics and use testing equipment like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of pipeline installation or related heavy infrastructure projects is a plus
- Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on-site
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training or construction management certifications are preferred
