We are a full-service Florida sign company — design, fabrication, installation, and service of business signs and lighting. We are expanding into the Orlando area and seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence. In this role, you will generate new business by connecting local businesses with the right signage solutions — storefront signs, channel letters, monument signs, and LED lighting. The ideal candidate has strong sales instincts, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with business owners.
Part-time, commission only — uncapped earnings, flexible schedule, set your own hours.
Duties
- Prospect and visit local businesses, shopping plazas, and new construction sites throughout the Orlando area
- Identify signage needs and recommend solutions (storefront signs, channel letters, monuments, LED lighting, sign repair/service)
- Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and general contractors
- Conduct on-site consultations and present options tailored to each client's location and budget
- Hand off site details for quoting — our factory team supports you with design, pricing, and production
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track your prospects and activity, and communicate regularly with our office
- Stay aware of new construction, tenant turnover, and re-branding activity in your territory
Skills
- Proven outside/B2B sales experience with a track record of closing (sign, construction, home improvement, or advertising sales a plus)
- Self-starter comfortable with commission-based earnings and managing your own territory
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-service focus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with our production and install teams
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; based in the Orlando area
