Job Description:
We are looking to fill three full-time Workshop General Laborer positions. The primary responsibilities include:
- Creating custom signs
-Sanding and woodworking
- Packing and shipping orders
- Maintaining and organizing the shop
Qualifications and Skills:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a sense of urgency
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to produce neat work and follow processes
- Comfortable working in different temperatures
- Able to move around and stand all day
- Previous workshop experience is a plus but not required
- Capable of meeting hard deadlines while delivering flawless finished products
Work Environment and Schedule:
- Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
- Creative team environment with opportunities for growth for hardworking individuals with a low error rate

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage: $14.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $19.00 per hour based on performance
- Benefits package including PTO/sick time, and select paid holidays
