Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced sign and apparel production team. You will create eye-catching designs for custom signs, banners, vehicle graphics, apparel, and promotional items using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools. Responsibilities include preparing print-ready files, operating large-format digital printers, laser engravers, and CNC routers for precise production, assisting with finishing and quality control, and providing front-counter customer service by consulting on design needs, taking orders, and offering proof approvals. Ideal candidates are creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a hands-on shop environment. Join us to bring customer visions to life!
Duties
- Assist marketing in developing visual content for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, and print materials using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.
- Lead art direction efforts to establish cohesive branding and visual storytelling across all channels.
- Design logos, icons, layouts, and other branding elements that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage digital design projects from concept through production, including layout design, photo manipulation, and sign manufacturing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling visuals that support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Apply color management principles, typography best practices, and color theory to ensure high-quality visual output.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards while maintaining flexibility for creative experimentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art and branding projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and print advertising production is a plus.
- Strong understanding of color management, typography principles, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Experience with video editing and photo manipulation to create compelling multimedia content a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients or internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
