Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician for our Brookfield, WI location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering technical support and maintenance for the equipment we provide.
Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining printing, cutting, laminating, and other related devices. The Field Service Technician will ensure equipment performance, provide training and technical guidance to customers, and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware such as printers, cutters, laminators, and other related equipment.
- Proficiency in using and understanding relevant diagnostic tools and software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively train and support clients on equipment use and care.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Experience in the sign or printing industry is a plus.
- Basic IT and computer skills to support the configuration of digital devices and troubleshoot network or connectivity issues.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed for client support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
