Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that signs, banners and graphics are installed correctly and efficiently, meeting our clients' expectations and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Candidates must be reliable and on time daily.
Duties
- Perform installations of vinyl graphics on vehicles, signs, walls, windows, etc to company standards both on and off site.
- Cutting vinyl materials using tools like knives and plotters to fit perfectly around corners, curves, and contours, ensuring a seamless finish.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Inspecting finished installations to ensure they are clean, smooth, free from wrinkles or bubbles, and in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Unload deliveries - receive, stock and organize incoming shipments/inventory.
- Assist in keeping shop clean and tidy, remove trash as needed.
- Cut, weed, mask and install vinyl.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installation work or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to train for the skills necessary to complete tasks.
- Commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
- Computer experience not required, but preferred.
- Self-motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in installation or related fields are a plus.

This role will have room to learn and grow new skill sets related to the printing/vinyl installation field.
We are a family business. A phone call for us goes a long way or stop in to our shop, open 8:30 to 5:00 for an in person interview.
