Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Connecticut. This is a W2 Contract position offering both onsite and hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives and data analysis efforts
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Eligibility:
