Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sign Installer role located in Bellflower, CA. The Sign Installer will be responsible for the safe and professional installation of various types of signs. Key responsibilities include preparing sites for installation, assembling and mounting signage, using power tools and lifting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The installer will also collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve any challenges during the installation process.
Qualifications
- Experience with sign installation techniques, including assembling, mounting, and measuring.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment, including power tools, ladders, and safety gear, as well as basic electrical knowledge for illuminated signage.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality and precision during installations.
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Any experience with safety certifications or training in OSHA compliance is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
