We're looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you'll help guide architectural signage projects from initial planning through completion while working closely with clients and colleagues across the company.
Training and mentorship will be provided to help the suitable candidate develop their skills and gain knowledge of the architectural signage industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage architectural signage projects from initial planning through fabrication, installation, and completion.
· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
· Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
· Review project documents, drawings, specifications, and submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
· Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule, budget, or quality.
· Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, schedules, and meeting notes.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
· Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, signage, fabrication, architecture, engineering, or a related industry is preferred, but not required.

· Experience with Asana, Procore, or similar project management software is a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
