Duties
- Prepare a variety of fried foods with precision, following established recipes and portion sizes
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep stations safely and efficiently
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet strict food safety and sanitizing standards to prevent contamination
- Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients for daily specials and standard offerings
- Support food production by assisting with meal preparation, including grilling and other cooking techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and sanitize all kitchen surfaces regularly according to food safety protocols
- Follow food safety management practices to ensure high-quality standards are upheld at all times
Experience
- Previous experience as a fry cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment is highly preferred
- Proven skills in food preparation, including grilling and other cooking methods
- Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques
- Restaurant or food industry experience demonstrating high-volume production skills

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
