*Furthermore, the position encompasses a dual responsibility, leading the region and ensuring the application of advanced sales expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and control the activities of the Snacking Business Unit, in order to ensure the revenue and profitability growth through the commercialization of Sigma's snacking products along the US.
- Develop a business plant for snacking according to the business strategy.
- Evaluate opportunities from a financial and commercial perspective.
- Analyse the financial sustainability of a project.
- Work closely with Global Snacking Disruptors and Core Business OU's to build holistic business strategies.
- Define and develop the brand positioning strategy in terms of pricing, communication and commercialization.
- Develop a sustainable pipeline to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Executive with more than 10 years of experience in Commercial leading roles.
- BA/BS required (MBA strongly preferred).
- Ability to interact and persuade a diverse group of Executive Leaders (Central Areas and OUs).
- Strategic mind with an ability to think broadly, refine question, and influence multiple decision makers.
- Market driven/oriented.
- Analysis & Syntesis Capabilities.
- Finance Understanding.
