Job Summary
As a Lead On-board Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contributing to increasing sales, maximizing margin, planning and setting objectives, and providing coaching and feedback regarding the team. You will also be negotiating directly with specific accounts and bringing in new business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing monthly objectives and providing feedback on new personnel
- Negotiate specific existing accounts and generate new business
- Generate, process, and analyze information (KPIs, such as sales, price, products per customer, spoilage, margins, inventory on hand vs sales, etc) from SAP, BW Analyzer, and High Jump
- Train, supervise, and follow up on safety procedures (DOT) and perform internal audits of said safety measures
- Train a new On-board Sales Representative
- Maximize route replenishment
Job Requirements:
- Fully fluent in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English (DOT requirement).
- Driver’s License which meets vehicle requirements (some will require CDL).
- 3 years of driving/route sales experience supervision (food products a plus).
- Knowledgeable of basic DOT regulations (straight trucks)
COMPENSATION:
- Range $59,992.00 - $74,992.00 per year annual salary, depending on geography, skills, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is eligible for an incentive bonus, based on the achievements of company targets and individual performance expectations
