Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Attendant to join our company. The Warehouse Attendant Level 2 role is responsible for receiving purchase orders at his/her respective location, shipping items, job components, and heater systems as applicable. Ensures the maximum utilization of warehouse facilities
Duties
- Support the quality system by creating and maintaining job descriptions, procedures, and records, as applicable.
- Pull inventory parts for jobs, sales orders, and service orders as posted in the pick list and enter them into the company's operating system.
- Receive incoming materials, place them in the proper location, and receive the items in the company's operating system.
- Document and package orders for job shipping and coordinate shipping arrangements for sales orders, service orders, and project items.
- Label racks and/or items with Sigma Thermal part numbers for easy identification.
- Adjust warehouse space as needed to maintain a neat and orderly operation, which includes, but is not limited to, changing/adding racks, shelves, labels, floor space, baskets, etc.
- Provide domestic and international shipping capabilities for job components, service orders, and sales orders while ensuring that the price and performance are kept competitive.
- Demonstrate an adequate forklift and warehouse equipment skillset.
- Maintain essential documentation related to parts, such as packing lists, MTRs, and carrier BOLs.
- Coordinates International shipments and related documentation.
- Orchestrate and manage large equipment moves by flatbed.
- Process item returns.
- Has a basic product knowledge of Heaters: (HC1/HC2), Water-bath, Convection, Electric, NUK, Biomass) as well as Auxiliaries: (Burners, Fans, Stack, Pump Skids, Structural, Tanks, Piping, and Fuel Trains.

Education and experience requirements
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent
- 2 - 5 years of related work experience
- College courses taken in relative field, preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
