Sigma Inc. is looking for a Practice Representative to work onsite within the BIDMC - Ophthalmology department in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center located in Boston, MA.

Shift timings: Monday through Friday, 8.30 am-5:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Epic experience required.
  • This is a call center position, incoming patient calls requesting appointments in the Ophthalmology/Optometry clinic.
  • Must have excellent customer service experience and have experience with scheduling.
  • Must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered.
