Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Duties of a great ADOR include:
- Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.
- Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
- Assist therapists as assigned by the director.
Requirements Include:
- The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP)
- Prior therapy experience in Long-Term Care / sub-acute settings.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.
- Positive, team-player attitude.
- Working knowledge of CMI, PPS, Medicare, and HMO management & utilization.
