We also offer voluntary benefits: vision, long-term disability, and life insurance. Position Details:This position will be In-Office at our client's facility in Redmond, WAPay range: $90,000-120,000Primary Function:The Inventory Lead will be responsible for managing the inventory for all incoming and outgoing products and supplies. In addition, the Inventory lead will create and implement inventory management processes to maximize efficiencies.   For the right person, there is strong potential for long-term growth and leading a team.Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:Conduct inventory transfers and execute inventory adjustmentsDevelop and document proper inventory management processes and standards to meet company goalsInvestigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventoryUse ERP and other resources to monitor demand and to forecast potential inventory issuesPrepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustmentsSchedule and perform cycle countsTrack and report on non-conforming, damaged, or obsolete parts/productsMake recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycleFollow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)Associates of Science or equivalent requiredMinimum of 5 of relevant work experience preferredExperience with ISO9001 and AS9100Knowledge of supply chain life cycle (including accounting impacts and cost centers)Self-starter mindset and the ability to create and implement processesExperience working with bills of materials (BOMs)Strong written and verbal English language communication skillsExcellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work groupDemonstrate commitment and adherence to Sigma Design Core ValuesPass a post-offer background verificationWork EnvironmentStandard warehouse/production environment which requires regular sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving about the facility. Must be able to stand and work as long as 12 hours in different positions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
