A fast-moving team is adding an experienced hiring partner to support a spike in demand across multiple business functions. This is a short-term engagement focused on helping teams identify and move forward with strong talent quickly.
You’ll work directly with internal leaders to understand what success looks like, then translate that into a focused approach for identifying and evaluating candidates. A large portion of the work involves reviewing inbound interest, narrowing qualified profiles, and helping teams make confident decisions at speed.
This environment is active and deadline-driven, with multiple roles open at once. Success here comes from being proactive, decisive, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership.
What Really Matters (Must-Haves)
- Proven experience supporting hiring for technical and professional services roles
- Ability to evaluate candidates quickly and accurately, not just match keywords
- Comfortable working through high volumes of applicants without sacrificing quality
