Job Description
- The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts.
- Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts.
- Typical shift will be 12:30-9 PM. Weekend hours may be variable
- An active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is required, along with at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
- Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required.
- Must have relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (specifically vancomycin) and warfarin management.
- Traveler must have an active Ohio Pharmacist license
Pay: $58.00 - $89.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
