Duties
- Safely operate vehicles such as motor coaches, trolleys, vans, and limousines while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transport.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes that may occur.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and mechanical soundness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading of luggage or goods as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record and passenger endorsement.
- Experience in shuttle driving, school bus driving, or as a van driver is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with passengers and staff.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
