Description


The Integrated Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Sightline Intelligence's marketing strategy across digital, event, partner, and sales enablement channels. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role serves as the bridge between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns, content, customer touchpoints, and partner activations consistently reflect Sightline's brand, messaging, positioning, and business objectives.


This position is responsible for managing day-to-day coordination with external marketing agencies and vendors, maintaining customer-facing content and marketing assets, supporting sales enablement efforts, and executing integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The Integrated Marketing Specialist also serves as a steward of marketing asset governance and customer touchpoint consistency, helping ensure approved messaging, technical information, and brand standards are accurately represented across all channels.


Duties:



  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, event, partner, and sales enablement channels.

  • Coordinating content distribution, campaign activities, and marketing communications to support business objectives and increase brand visibility.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sightline and external marketing vendors or agencies, coordinating projects, managing deadlines, facilitating feedback, and ensuring deliverables align with approved Sightline branding and positioning standards.

  • Maintain and update customer-facing marketing touchpoints, including website content, landing pages, digital assets, and resource libraries. Ensure quality and accuracy across messaging, technical information, positioning, and branding.

  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events, including logistics, registrations, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up activities.

  • Generate marketing, product, and sales enablement assets, including internal repositories and intranet resources, ensuring approved, technically accurate materials are organized, accessible, version controlled, and aligned with company messaging and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to understand technical product details, business objectives, and identify areas to develop resources that support organizational objectives.

  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners, leveraging partner audiences, channels, and brand recognition through joint campaigns, events, and customer success stories.

  • Support product launches, capability announcements, software releases, and strategic communications through coordinated marketing execution, content updates, collateral development, stakeholder alignment, and campaign support.

  • Manage marketing content calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules while monitoring performance metrics. Prepare reports on marketing activities, engagement, lead generation, and effectiveness.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience driving consistent messaging across multiple channels, including social media, websites, and sales enablement materials.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products and concepts to a variety of audiences.

  • Preferred: Experience in B2B technology, aerospace, defense, autonomy, software, or related industries.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Physical Demands:


This role requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; communicating in person and by phone; using hands to operate objects or controls; and reaching with hands and arms. Occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be required. Close and distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment are also needed. Work Environment
