Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable voucher entry, payments, expense reports
- Accounts Receivable collections, payment application
- Generate and review monthly reports
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Assist with preparation for annual audits
- Prepare and distribute annual IRS forms
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
- Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Time management skills
- Associate degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience
- 13 years of general office experience
