The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties including equipment, vehicles, and all S&S buildings and properties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties.
- Maintain departmental and facility operating equipment.
- Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, replacement, and cleaning.
- Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.
Prerequisites:
- Experience in driving and maintaining equipment and vehicles that are necessary on a large commercial facility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven problem solver
- Positive attitude with a servant-hearted nature
- Detail oriented
- Valid driver's license
