Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and scheduling details for clients
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel options to support planning needs
• Communicate with clients and team members to gather, verify, and confirm travel information
• Create, update, and maintain organized travel records, itineraries, and documentation
• Assist with booking confirmations, schedule changes, and ongoing travel coordination
• Monitor travel plans and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
• Review travel details for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client preferences

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

• Previous experience in planning, coordination, administration, customer service, hospitality, or travel is beneficial but not required
• Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or Latin America
