What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Producer position at Sight Agency?
At Sight, we build worlds. From intimate brand activations to large-scale immersive experiences, we craft environments that move people — emotionally, physically, and culturally. With studios across Singapore, Dubai, Australia, and the US, our team of 66 works across some of the most ambitious and meaningful events in the world.
We're expanding our team and looking for a Senior Producer based anywhere in the USA who wants to do the best work of their career — without sacrificing the life they've built outside of it.
What We MakeWe create experiences that don't just meet a brief — they exceed what the client imagined possible. Think large-scale conference environments reimagined as immersive worlds, product launches that feel like cultural moments, and brand activations where every single detail has intention behind it.
Our work spans corporate events, experiential marketing, live productions, and flagship brand moments for global clients across financial services, technology, luxury, and beyond. If you've ever walked into a room and felt something shift — that's what we do.
For our US clients and stateside productions, we're looking for someone who brings deep knowledge of the American events landscape — the vendors, the venues, the pace, and the expectations that come with operating at the top end of this market.
The RoleAs a Senior Producer at Sight, you'll own the journey from brief to delivery — leading projects with confidence, nurturing client relationships with genuine care, and bringing the kind of calm, considered leadership that great production demands.
You'll work closely with our Head of Production and Experience and wider global production team, serving as a trusted anchor across creative, logistics, and technical workstreams. You'll run the room — in client WIPs, on-site visits across the US, and internal reviews — and you'll be the person both clients and colleagues lean on when it matters most.
This is not a role for someone who wants to coast on their experience. It's for someone who is still energised by complexity, grounded in process, and genuinely passionate about making things that matter.
What We NeedExperience & Craft
- Significant experience in senior production roles within the US live events, experiential, or branded content space — agency-side strongly preferred
- A proven track record leading complex, high-value projects end-to-end across major US markets, particularly New York, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas
- Established relationships with US-based vendors, production houses, AV suppliers, and venues
- Deep fluency across budget management, union considerations, logistics, and technical production in US environments
- Experience working directly with senior American clients — presenting, advising, and building the kind of trust that leads to long-term partnerships
How You Work
- Exceptionally organised, with an instinct for process that keeps complex projects on track without losing the creative heart
- A natural collaborator who leads Producers, Associate Producers, and Event Coordinators with clarity and warmth
- Comfortable holding multiple priorities at once — agile under pressure, considered in decision-making
- A strong communicator who can read a room, manage client expectations, and bring every stakeholder along with them
The Mindset
- You care about the quality of the work, not just the delivery of it
- You have a genuine point of view — on experiences, on ideas, on what makes something truly memorable
- You're drawn to a boutique environment where your contribution is visible and your voice matters
- You're excited by the idea of a global studio behind you — with the creative depth of Singapore, the ambition of Dubai, and the energy of a team that genuinely loves what they do
- A four-day work week — always. We made this commitment because we believe that the best creative thinking happens when people have space to live fully. This isn't a trial or a perk we're testing. It's simply how we work.
- A fully remote role based anywhere in the US, with genuine flexibility — we care about outcomes, not office hours
- The opportunity to work on world-class projects with global clients, with the full creative and production weight of an international studio behind you
- A close-knit, senior team where collaboration is real and hierarchy is minimal
- A culture built on trust, craft, and a shared belief that the best experiences change how people feel
- Competitive US-market remuneration reflective of your experience and the seniority of the role
