Sigaro Cigar Lounge is looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with cigar selections, and maintaining a welcoming lounge environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with cigars and accessories
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge and retail areas
- Restock products and assist with inventory as needed
- Ensure customers follow lounge policies and local regulations
- Create a relaxed, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in or willingness to learn about premium cigars
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must meet legal age requirements to work in a cigar lounge
