CDL Driver Passenger Endorsment Required

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various driving capacities, including motor coach, bus driving, limousine, shuttle driving, and van driving. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to maintain vehicles while ensuring safe transportation for passengers or goods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive vehicles such as trucks, buses, limousines, and vans in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules and any potential delays.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as necessary, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of the event while with customers.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.
• Proven experience in motor coach driving, bus driving, limousine service, shuttle driving, or van driving is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as required by the schedule.
• A clean driving record with no major violations is essential.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
