We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Siesta Key Palms Hotel! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience. Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, addressing concerns.
• Managing room assignments, keys, and guest information.
• Processing payments, handling billing inquiries, and resolving any issues.
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails. and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records, reporting any issues, and adhering to hotel policies.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year(s) of experience in a hotel, front desk, or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
